Easy to adjust – fully adjustable

Small – 20mm Wide Webbing, small components – (generally suit dogs under 18kgs and a smaller – medium size)

Regular – 25mm Wide Webbing, regular components – (generally suit dogs over 18kgs and a medium – large size)

Now with Soft Grip molded handle, easy to grab and comfortable on your hands while you hold a squirming dog before, or after a run.

This harness can be adjusted from a toy-sized dog, through to large breeds, it can fit your young dog and will probably still fit when it is fully grown.

Blackdog Wear has developed the “Y Front” Harness System to allow a wide range of size adjustment while maintaining an exceptionally close fit to an individual dog’s body shape.

This is most important in a sport harness, where a dog is working hard and needs full body mobility and it is especially important to have a well fitting harness for young dogs learning a sport.

The Girth Straps will actively tighten if a dog tries to back out of the harness, so safely ensuring no escaping backwards.

Measuring your dog

By measuring in a Figure 8 as shown, your dog gets the correct size and best fit in a Y-Front Harness.

Use a soft tape measure.

Place one end of the tape in the middle of your dogs back (above its front legs) bring tape down and under the front leg, bring tape across the front of the chest and cross over as you take it around the back of your dogs neck and back down across the chest and under the other leg to come back and join with the tape on your dogs back. (as shown)

Pull it to be a tight, snug fit and read off the measurement.
